If your new Docs aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We strive to make the process as durable and straightforward as our footwear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Docs

  Place the unworn boots or shoes in their original shoebox, then secure them inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
